A complete scam! They charged me 3 times for a case I didn't want, a third charge for $7 that I still haven't been told what it was and I cancelled the day I signed up within 30mins and the email system they use is designed to hold you off with messages that they will get to you when they can till it's too late. I have multiple emails to them telling them to cancel my account from the 11th and 12th before they sent ANYTHING and they refused to cancel this order!

I NEVER received my product choices. Based on the tracking number it is still sitting at the shipping terminal states away. Scentbird was aware of the shipping issue, claimed they resubmitted the shipping label, and I still have not received it. No one has reached out to me to try to make it right. I am being refused a refund. Very bad experience.

Everything was great until it came time to cancel my subscription. After a one month pause in the subscription, I returned to find the cancel button completely disabled. I had to lock my card to prevent money from being taken off. Every day for the past 47 day in a row, and counting, they have attempted to charge my card. I'm sure this will continue indefinitely until the company closes. This is predatory behavior. Not that I expected anything better from a New York based company.
