I NEVER received my product choices. Based on the tracking number it is still sitting at the shipping terminal states away. Scentbird was aware of the shipping issue, claimed they resubmitted the shipping label, and I still have not received it. No one has reached out to me to try to make it right. I am being refused a refund. Very bad experience.

Everything was great until it came time to cancel my subscription. After a one month pause in the subscription, I returned to find the cancel button completely disabled. I had to lock my card to prevent money from being taken off. Every day for the past 47 day in a row, and counting, they have attempted to charge my card. I'm sure this will continue indefinitely until the company closes. This is predatory behavior. Not that I expected anything better from a New York based company.

Going to have to assume this company is a fraud. It let me sign up, let me change a password it said was incorrect when trying to login, then once it's changed, it says it's wrong again. Attempts to get a login sent to my email, never comes through, but their ads sure as hell do. My membership is already paid, so there shouldn't be any hassle getting into my goddamn account. Guess what, I can't even contact them, because you have to login to do that. Frauds frauds frauds!!!!
